I won’t go into the technical details of transhumanism here, but the main problem is that it encompasses a lot of ideas that some people may find difficult to comprehend. Some of them have already been shown, including nanotechnology, genetic engineering, implants, artificial intelligence, and cybernetic prosthetics. Even though these are all referred to as transhumanist, it’s important to recognise the differences. While some technology wants to radically change humanity, other technology helps people with impairments live better lives.
I will discuss the key idea of transhumanism today, emphasising the concept of the singularity. Leader of this movement Ray Cartswell discusses it in his book, “The Singularity is Near: When Humans Transcend Biology.” (2010). He thinks that there won’t be any distinction made between the real world and the virtual one, or between humans and machines, after the singularity. Understanding that transhumanism is merely the intermediate stage between humanism and post-humanism is vital. Make no mistake, though: the ultimate goal is to eradicate mankind as we know it. It’s simpler to see the decades-long psychological conditioning, biological changes, cultural grooming, and educational preparations we’ve encountered when you comprehend this final aim.
The main goal is to prepare all of us for a future in which humans will no longer be the same. Making an intelligent species like ours accept its own extinction is a formidable task, and much of the past 60 years has been devoted to bringing us one step closer to this kind of destiny.
Said another way, they want us to go towards a future in which humans are not the same and our world is meticulously regulated. Initially, they attempted to weaken, corrupt, and ill-treat individuals by upsetting families, influencing kids, and causing a host of other issues. They are now criticising the concept of gender. They are giving the impression that gender is irrelevant, and this is a notion that is being forced upon us rather than something that people independently developed. The intention is to challenge our conceptions of what it is to be human and move us towards a time when gender is not the only identity.
Furthermore, it could be simpler for them to persuade you to blend the characteristics of a man and a woman if you believe that you are a hybrid of the two. It is untrue to suggest that gender has no bearing, just like two plus two does not equal five. Facts are facts, regardless of your appearance or identity. Sadly, a lot of children and young people have been harmed in their attempts to get us to accept this viewpoint. It has to end.
It’s critical to understand the transhumanist concept. They hold that we are devoid of God, spirit, and soul. That is an extremely disrespectful and materialistic view of humanity. We’ve been told for years that we can’t survive without technology, but that is untrue. They want to transform us because we’re strong and difficult to control, not because we’re weak.
Because machines lack consciousness and aren’t really intelligent, they are referred to as artificial intelligence. By fusing with technology, tech aficionados shouldn’t be in charge of our future. Most people merely desire a calm existence where technology supports rather than replaces them. To lower stress, we require wholesome food, clean energy, and a compassionate system. Technology should not replace people; rather, it should improve our lives. Our distinct traits, such as love, bravery, and empathy, cannot be replicated by machines. Since our bodies and brains are intricately designed, technology ought to complement rather than take the place of what makes us unique.
Let me illustrate the extent of our brains’ power: 2013 saw an attempt to replicate human brain activity for a mere microsecond by German and Japanese researchers. With 10.4 trillion connections and 1.73 billion nerve cells, they created a fictitious network. Though it seems remarkable, it pales in comparison to the 80–100 billion neuron cells that each of us possesses. With numerous computer operations, it took forty minutes, so they were unable to complete it in real time.
However, some people wish for you to feel worthless. Their goal is to control you like a machine on the Internet of Things, not to improve or enhance you. According to Klaus Schwab, the fourth industrial revolution will transform you rather than the world.
