This weekend, Prince George Fire Rescue responded to an RV fire at the Roblyn Motel on the Hart Highway.
On August 6, about 6:30 p.m., Prince George fire firefighters responded to a complaint of a recreational vehicle fire in the 3700 block of Hart Highway.
When teams from three halls arrived, they discovered a travel trailer engulfed in flames, with flames spreading to the forest line beyond.
Crews controlled the fire quickly and prevented it from spreading to other areas.
One of the trailer’s occupants was treated for burns as a result of the incident, which was ruled unintentional.
