One of the many donated tiny homes for people in need recently set on fire. At 04:51am on January 25, 2024, Prince George Fire Rescue responded to the reported outbuilding fire in the area of 5th Avenue and Ottawa Street (the Lower Patricia Encampment).
Luckily there were no injures though the fire resulted in $2,500 worth of damage. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
