A disagreement over unauthorised logging at NITRO Motorsports Park, filed as a petition in the BC Supreme Court last April, has been resolved without legal proceedings. Three shareholders accused the fourth, Brent Marshall, of conducting logging without unanimous consent.

However, a joint statement from Marshall and the other owners, John Paolucci, Douglas Shaw, and Rodney Belsham, confirms a resolution, expressing regret over miscommunications and statements. The owners are committed to the motorsports community, with a $150,000 donation for track upgrades. The logging, carried out in 2022 and 2023, raised concerns about the facility’s aesthetic value, but the settlement doesn’t address cleanup or rehabilitation responsibilities
